YET: ABOUT

WE CONSTRUCT SPATIAL SYSTEMS THROUGH MATERIAL, LIGHT, AND GEOMETRY.

The Studio

YET Architecture is a research-driven design practice operating across architecture, interiors, objects, and experimental fabrication.
We treat architecture not as a service, but as a tool — a way to question, reimagine, and reconstruct the systems that shape how we live.

From parametric public buildings to 3D-printed furniture joints, from atmospheric retail spaces to speculative material research, our work challenges the boundaries of what architecture can be.
We believe design can act as a response — not only to clients, but to climate, culture, and crisis.

As Hans Hollein said, "Everything is architecture."
We take this literally: designing where the building ends, where objects begin, and where the environment speaks back.

YET is not just building projects.
We're building experience.

YET Architecture — Anastasiya and Ilya Kotler

PERCEPTION IS THE PRIMARY MATERIAL OF ARCHITECTURE.

Anastasiya and Ilya Kotler

Anastasiya Kotler

Anastasiya holds a Master's Degree with Distinction from the Emergent Technologies and Design Program at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. She was awarded the Chevening Scholarship, a UK government scholarship for emerging leaders, supporting her postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom.

Her work focuses on computational design, material systems, and the relationship between digital processes and architectural space. Alongside her practice at YET Architecture, Anastasiya teaches evolutionary computation and design at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. She previously worked at BDM Architects, gaining experience in architectural design, research, and project development.

Ilya Kotler

Ilya holds a Master's Degree with Distinction from the Design Research Lab at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, where he studied Architecture and Urbanism. His work explores the intersection between computational design, spatial systems, material expression, and atmospheric architecture.

His projects have been exhibited internationally, including FILE Festival – SYNTHETIKA at the FIESP Cultural Center in São Paulo, Brazil; the Architecture Window exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, UK; and exhibitions at Zaha Hadid Gallery. Alongside his practice at YET Architecture, Ilya has taught at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. He previously worked at BDM Architects, Mann Shinar Architects, and Studio INI, gaining experience across architecture, computational design, and spatial experimentation.

EACH PROJECT IS DEVELOPED AS A CONTINUOUS SYSTEM — FROM SPACE TO DETAIL.
